Outplacements.ai is not responsible for the outcomes of any workplace conversations or employment decisions made using our Service. You remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the underlying technology, are the exclusive property of Outplacements.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription. This license does not grant you any right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or per-use payment. By using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We understand the highly sensitive nature of the conversations facilitated through our Service. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared on the platform, including employee details, conversation scripts, meeting recordings, and debrief notes.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outplacements.ai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Outplacements.ai during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outplacements.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Outplacements.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
